Join us to help protect and preserve significant tracts of the Harford County's land in their natural state. Since its incorporation, the non-profit Harford Land Trust has participated in 24 land transfers, protecting 865 acres from unbridled development. Major projects have included the Palmer State Park, Kilgore Falls section of Rocks State Park and the land surrounding the Anita C. Leight Estuary Center, all of which are now accessible to the public.
Membership dues help to pay for the operating expenses of the Trust. These include the cost of land surveys, environmental assessments, preparation of deeds for transactions and recording of deeds as well as for office supplies, electricity and for a full-time executive director.
We welcome you to join us in supporting our efforts to maintain the environmental health and beauty of Harford County.
